By registering as an affiliate, you agree to the following Terms &amp; Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Acceptance of Terms<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By joining the NexaCore Digital Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms &amp; Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register as an affiliate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Eligibility<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Affiliate Program is open to individuals and businesses who are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">NexaCore Digital reserves the right to approve or decline any affiliate application without providing a reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Affiliate Responsibilities<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Affiliates agree to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Promote NexaCore Digital honestly and ethically.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accurately represent our services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use approved promotional materials where provided.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comply with all applicable advertising and marketing laws.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Protect the reputation of NexaCore Digital.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Affiliates must not make false claims, misleading statements, or unrealistic guarantees regarding our services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Commission Structure<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Affiliates earn <strong>20% commission<\/strong> on every successful referral that results in the purchase of an eligible AI-powered marketing video package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A commission becomes eligible only after:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The customer&#8217;s payment has been received in full.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The order has passed the <strong>20-day refund and cancellation period<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The referral has been verified as valid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Minimum Payout<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>minimum commission balance required for payment is $50.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your available commission balance is below $50, it will automatically roll over to the next payout period until the minimum payout threshold has been reached.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Commission Approval &amp; Payment Period<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All commissions remain in a <strong>Pending<\/strong> status during the <strong>20-day refund and cancellation period<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Approved commissions are processed on or around the <strong>25th of each month<\/strong>, provided the affiliate has reached the minimum payout amount of <strong>$50<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payments may take a few business days to reflect, depending on your selected payment method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Qualified Referrals<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A referral qualifies for commission when:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The customer uses your unique affiliate referral link.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customer is a new NexaCore Digital client.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The purchase is successfully completed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The transaction is not cancelled or refunded during the refund period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">NexaCore Digital reserves the right to determine whether a referral qualifies for commission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Can i earn commission on my own purchases as an affiliate?<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes, you can buy our services using your own ref\\erral link<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Prohibited Activities<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Affiliates may not:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Send spam emails or unsolicited promotional messages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use misleading or deceptive advertising.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create fake referrals or fraudulent purchases.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open multiple affiliate accounts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Misrepresent NexaCore Digital or its services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bid on NexaCore Digital trademarked keywords without written permission.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engage in any activity intended to manipulate the affiliate system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Marketing Guidelines<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Affiliates are encouraged to promote NexaCore Digital through:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Websites<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Blogs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facebook<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Instagram<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>LinkedIn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>TikTok<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>YouTube<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>WhatsApp<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Email marketing (where legally permitted)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All promotional content must accurately represent our services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Intellectual Property<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All logos, trademarks, videos, graphics, branding, website content, and marketing materials remain the property of NexaCore Digital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use approved promotional materials solely for promoting NexaCore Digital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Refunds &amp; Commission Reversals<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers may request a refund or cancel their order within <strong>20 days<\/strong> of purchase, subject to our refund policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If an order is cancelled, refunded, or charged back during this period:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The related commission will not be approved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any commission already credited may be reversed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Customer Relationships<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All referred customers become customers of NexaCore Digital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We remain solely responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sales consultations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer support<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Video production<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Billing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical assistance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14. Independent Contractor<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Affiliates participate as independent contractors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nothing in this agreement creates an employment relationship, partnership, agency, or joint venture between the affiliate and NexaCore Digital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">15. Account Suspension &amp; Termination<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">NexaCore Digital may suspend or permanently terminate an affiliate account if the affiliate:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Violates these Terms &amp; Conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engages in fraudulent activity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Damages the reputation of NexaCore Digital.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uses unethical marketing practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fraudulent or invalid commissions may be cancelled without notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">16. Limitation of Liability<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">NexaCore Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program, including loss of income, profits, business opportunities, or data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">17. Program Changes<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">NexaCore Digital reserves the right to modify:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Commission percentages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eligible services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment schedules<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Affiliate policies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Program features<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>These Terms &amp; Conditions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Changes become effective once published on our website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">18. Privacy<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Affiliate information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We respect your privacy and do not sell your personal information to third parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">19. Governing Law<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms &amp; Conditions are governed by the laws of the <strong>Republic of South Africa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any disputes arising from the Affiliate Program shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">20.
