NexaCore Digital Affiliate Program

Welcome to the NexaCore Digital Affiliate Program. By registering as an affiliate, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By joining the NexaCore Digital Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register as an affiliate.

2. Eligibility

The Affiliate Program is open to individuals and businesses who are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

NexaCore Digital reserves the right to approve or decline any affiliate application without providing a reason.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates agree to:

  • Promote NexaCore Digital honestly and ethically.
  • Accurately represent our services.
  • Use approved promotional materials where provided.
  • Comply with all applicable advertising and marketing laws.
  • Protect the reputation of NexaCore Digital.

Affiliates must not make false claims, misleading statements, or unrealistic guarantees regarding our services.

4. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn 20% commission on every successful referral that results in the purchase of an eligible AI-powered marketing video package.

A commission becomes eligible only after:

  • The customer’s payment has been received in full.
  • The order has passed the 20-day refund and cancellation period.
  • The referral has been verified as valid.

5. Minimum Payout

The minimum commission balance required for payment is R500.

If your available commission balance is below R500, it will automatically roll over to the next payout period until the minimum payout threshold has been reached.

6. Commission Approval & Payment Period

All commissions remain in a Pending status during the 20-day refund and cancellation period.

Approved commissions are processed on or around the 25th of each month, provided the affiliate has reached the minimum payout amount of R500.

Payments may take a few business days to reflect, depending on your selected payment method.

7. Qualified Referrals

A referral qualifies for commission when:

  • The customer uses your unique affiliate referral link.
  • The customer is a new NexaCore Digital client.
  • The purchase is successfully completed.
  • The transaction is not cancelled or refunded during the refund period.

NexaCore Digital reserves the right to determine whether a referral qualifies for commission.

8. Affiliate Discount

Approved affiliates receive an exclusive 20% discount on AI-powered marketing video services purchased for their own business.

This benefit:

  • Is for your own business only.
  • Cannot be combined with other promotions.
  • Does not generate affiliate commission.

9. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

  • Send spam emails or unsolicited promotional messages.
  • Use misleading or deceptive advertising.
  • Create fake referrals or fraudulent purchases.
  • Open multiple affiliate accounts.
  • Misrepresent NexaCore Digital or its services.
  • Bid on NexaCore Digital trademarked keywords without written permission.
  • Engage in any activity intended to manipulate the affiliate system.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

10. Marketing Guidelines

Affiliates are encouraged to promote NexaCore Digital through:

  • Websites
  • Blogs
  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • LinkedIn
  • TikTok
  • YouTube
  • WhatsApp
  • Email marketing (where legally permitted)

All promotional content must accurately represent our services.

11. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, videos, graphics, branding, website content, and marketing materials remain the property of NexaCore Digital.

Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use approved promotional materials solely for promoting NexaCore Digital.

12. Refunds & Commission Reversals

Customers may request a refund or cancel their order within 20 days of purchase, subject to our refund policy.

If an order is cancelled, refunded, or charged back during this period:

  • The related commission will not be approved.
  • Any commission already credited may be reversed.

13. Customer Relationships

All referred customers become customers of NexaCore Digital.

We remain solely responsible for:

  • Sales consultations
  • Customer support
  • Video production
  • Billing
  • Delivery
  • Technical assistance

14. Independent Contractor

Affiliates participate as independent contractors.

Nothing in this agreement creates an employment relationship, partnership, agency, or joint venture between the affiliate and NexaCore Digital.

15. Account Suspension & Termination

NexaCore Digital may suspend or permanently terminate an affiliate account if the affiliate:

  • Violates these Terms & Conditions.
  • Engages in fraudulent activity.
  • Damages the reputation of NexaCore Digital.
  • Uses unethical marketing practices.

Fraudulent or invalid commissions may be cancelled without notice.

16. Limitation of Liability

NexaCore Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program, including loss of income, profits, business opportunities, or data.

17. Program Changes

NexaCore Digital reserves the right to modify:

  • Commission percentages
  • Eligible services
  • Payment schedules
  • Affiliate policies
  • Program features
  • These Terms & Conditions

Changes become effective once published on our website.

18. Privacy

Affiliate information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We respect your privacy and do not sell your personal information to third parties.

19. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Any disputes arising from the Affiliate Program shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
